Acceptable Use Policy

To keep GPTRadar reliable and fair for everyone, the following uses are prohibited.
No unauthorized extraction
Do not use automated tools to harvest data outside of our official API and its documented limits.
No reselling of data
Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense GPTRadar data without a written agreement.
No free-tier abuse
Do not create multiple accounts, share keys, or otherwise circumvent free-tier thresholds (e.g., API request quotas or alert limits).
No misrepresentation
Do not misquote, fabricate, or misattribute GPTRadar benchmarks or present altered figures as ours.
Enforcement
We enforce this policy progressively: (1) a warning, (2) temporary suspension, and (3) termination of access for repeated or severe violations. Report misuse to abuse@gptradar.io.

This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service (section 4, Acceptable Use).
